From waste water to soil improvement Türk Tuborg had problems with their waste water system and contacted ALECTIA. The brewery is located in Izmir on the Aegean Sea and produces approximately 1.8 million hl of beer per year. The brewery includes a malt house, which processes approximately 300 tonnes of barley per day. The waste water from the brewery and the malt house is collected and cleaned in the brewery’s waste water treatment plant.
