Skinny Water hits shelves at Waldbaums store locations in NYC
Skinny Nutritional said that its Skinny Water is now available in all 64 Waldbaums store locations in New York City and Long Island. With the addition of Waldbaums supermarket chain, the number of store locations carrying Skinny Water set to cross well over 500 locations in the US.
Waldbaums, which is a subsidiary of The Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company (A&P), has initially opened its first store location in Brooklyn, New York. Since then it has expanded into a chain of 64 full-service supermarket store locations.
Currently, it is operating under the A & P banner with 429 retail supermarket chain stores in the US.
The Skinny Water lineup features six flavors which include Acai Grape Blueberry, Raspberry Pomegranate, Goji Fruit Punch, Lemonade Passionfruit, Peach Mango Mandarin, and Orange Cranberry Tangerine. Every bottle of Skinny Water is said to have calcium, potassium and EGCG and does not contain calories, sugar, and sodium, and no preservatives.
Skinny Nutritional VP of retail sales Joseph Gisondi said that Waldbaums is an ideal supermarket chain for Skinny Water consumers to find the product in the New York Market.
“This once again shows our commitment to increase our presence in the New York Metro Area. We are excited to have Waldbaums carry Skinny Water and anticipate that their support will help Skinny Water increase its market share,” Gisondi said.
