Serralles USA, Glazer Distributors Partner To Bring Don Q To US

Primary role is to build distribution channels throughout the mid-western region from Texas to Ohio

Serralles USA, importers of Don Q, Puerto Rico’s Premium Rum, has formed a strategic alliance with Glazer’s, a spirits, wine and beer distributors, to bring the Don Q brand to the US.

Glazer’s primary role is to build distribution channels throughout the mid-western region from Texas to Ohio. Glazer’s presence in marketplace will help Don Q brand to be visible in the key accounts both on and off-premise.

John Eason, VP national sales manager of Serralles, said: “We are very excited to work with Glazer to expand the national Don Q rum footprint. They are passionate brand builders and share our commitment to bringing the number one selling premium rum in Puerto Rico to the United Sates. Their family heritage parallels’ that of the Serralles family and makes for a dynamic working relationship.”

Serralles family produces rums under the Don Q brand, including Don Q Cristal, Don Q Gold, Don Q Anejo, Don Q Grand Anejo and Don Q Limon. Serralles USA said, its newest additions, Don Q Mojito and Don Q Coco will be included in the flavored rum category.
