Saddleback To Distribute PacificHealth Sports Performance Products In UK
PacificHealth Laboratories, a nutrition technology company, has partnered with Saddleback, a distributor of performance cycling products in the UK, to distribute Accelerade products to the cycle sport industry in the country.
Saddleback will distribute the company's full product range in the UK: Accelerade sports drink, Accel Gel products, and Endurox R4 recovery drinks. The company said that dealer support is a key focus and Accelerade will be offering an event and athlete support program at the national and regional level to raise awareness of the benefits of the products and drive sales into dealers.
Fred Duffner, president of PacificHealth said, “Since the introduction of PHLI to the UK in 2009, we have been focused on endurance athletes and premier dealers who support them. We are partnered with a number of these athletes who have now become our brand ambassadors.
“The goal was to first establish the brand with its core audience; then work with Saddleback Ltd. to provide first class service to dealers. The timing is perfect to partner with Saddleback Ltd. to cement our commitment to the UK at the beginning of the 2010 season and continue to build upon the momentum there as we have in the US.”
