New Leaf Steps Into Los Angeles Market

New Leaf Brands, a provider of health beverages, has said its brand is now being sold in Los Angeles, California through an agreement with Classic Distributing and Beverage Group, a distributor for beer suppliers such as MillerCoors and HUSA.

Eric Skae, president and CEO of New Leaf, said: Selling New Leaf in California has been one of our primary goals since our inception. Today we are pleased to announce our partnership with Classic Distributing and Beverage, one of the most well known and respected distributors in California, who service more than 2,600 customers in the Los Angeles area.

“California marks the 35th state where New Leaf is now available and Classic Distributing and Beverage joins our growing list of prominent distributors. Today's announcement is a major milestone in New Leaf's strategy in becoming a national brand.

New Leaf was founded by Eric Skae in Orangeburg, New York. New Leaf Tea was the company's first product and now is available to consumers in 14 different flavors, in around 8,000 outlets including restaurants, delis, health food stores, pizzerias and other retail establishments.
