Nestle Professional To Acquire Vitality Foodservice

The transaction to exclude Vitality European manufacturing and distribution businesses
Nestle Professional, a global foodservice manufacturer, has agreed to acquire Vitality Foodservice, a North America-based beverage solution providers to the foodservice industry. The price of the acquisition was not disclosed.
The transaction excludes the Vitality European manufacturing and distribution business. The deal is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to be completed within 30 days from the date of this announcement.
Vitality Foodservice, which is headquartered in Florida, manufactures and markets a complete range of beverage products from juices, teas, coffees and smoothies to specialty drinks.

Nestle Professional's beverages division provides the commercial and institutional restaurant industry with branded hot and cold non-carbonated beverage solutions under brands such as Nescafe, Coffee-mate, Nesquik, Nestea and Nestle.
