Moments restaurant unveils Spring menu
Moments, the Micelin-starred restaurant at Mandarin Oriental in Barcelona, has unveiled a special Spring menu that is designed by chef Raul Balam.
The Spring menu includes delicacies such as Cuban prawns, sea bass with curry sauce and soft brown cord or veal turnip vegetable ravioli and red fruit.
Along with the new menu, the restaurant has launched a Midweek Menu, which is available from Tuesday to Thursday. There are also discounts on the anti-aging menu and degustation menu at the restaurant.
Moments is located at the mezzanine space in the Mandarin Oriental hotel and serves neo-Catalan cuisine.
