Liquor Group To Bring Rhythm To Florida
Liquor Group Wholesale (Liquor Group), an alcohol distribution and brokerage firm, has been chosen by RJS Spirits (RJS), a Kansas based liquor retailer, to introduce Rhythm branded liqueur in Florida.
RJS expects that the national and international exposure that the brand gains from this placement should boost the sales in both the on-premise and off-premise segments.
RJS said that Rhythm is a 70 proof citrus liqueur, made with a blend of 23 different citrus flavors infused with caffeine, ginseng, taurine, damiana, B6 and B12. The beverage is ready-to-mix with beer, straight up, on the rocks, in shots and in juice cocktails.
This flavor-blend was developed by Dave Dafoe of Pro-Liquitech, the creator of Jones Sodas flavors and Brown Foreman's Jack Daniels Country Cocktails line.
Jeff Freiberger, founder of RJS Spirits, said: Rhythm is the first product of its type, there really is nothing to compare it to. It is in our opinion the most versatile and mixable product on the market today.
Lowell Newman, vice president and product manager of Liquor Group, said: We have opened more than 1000 accounts for this product in Florida in less than 10 business days.
Liquor Group's June 2010 opening order exceeded $500,000 worth of Rhythm, and that inventory has depleted rapidly. Plans are already in the works for expanding the sales of Rhythm to other states within the Liquor Group distribution network.
Liquor Group Wholesale represents various brands with operations in 32 states in the US.
