Heineken confirms implementation of new structure
Dutch brewing giant Heineken has implemented the new management structure it announced in April of this year.
Jean-Francois van Boxmeer is now chief executive and chairman of the executive board. Rene Hooft Graafland has assumed the role of chief financial officer and Marc Bolland chief operating officer. Both will also sit on the executive board. The new 13-member executive committee comprises Jean-Francois van Boxmeer, Rene Hooft Graafland, Marc Bolland, Didier Debrosse, Nico Nusmeier, Massimo von Wunster, Tom de Man, Siep Hiemstra, Frans van der Minne, Marc Gross, Floris van Woerkom, Peter van Campen and Sean O’Neill.
