Greg and David Figueroa Introduces New iChill Relaxation Shot

DBR Staff Writer Published 11 August 2009

It is a combination of Melatonin, Valerian root, Rose Hips and B vitamins

Greg and David Figueroa have created the iChill relaxation shot.

They said that the iChill shot combines a blend of Melatonin, Valerian root, Rose Hips and B vitamins. These ingredients are to ease anxiety, curb stress and elevate the drinker’s mood.

The company claims that at only 2 ounces, iChill stands out from other relaxation beverages currently in the market that are usually around 12 to 16 ounces of carbonated fizz.

The company said that iChill is a relaxation beverage and it is calorie, sugar and carbohydrate free.

Reportedly, prior to developing iChill, the Figueroa brothers launched Melinda’s Hot Sauce. Looking to create something in the beverage industry, the brothers concocted the opposite of an energy shot, the relaxation shot.

The Blissful Berry flavored iChill relaxation shots is expected to be available at 7-11 stores nationwide on August 15, 2009. The shot will retail for $2.99.

Greg Figueroa said: “The market is flooded with energy drinks and shots sugar-filled, high-calorie, stress inducers. The world is intense enough, why add to it? With iChill, we make it easy for people to unwind in a natural way.”
