Signs agreement with Altra Food Distributors to distribute Energize
Full Motion Beverage's subsidiary, Performaxx Brands has signed an agreement with Altra Food Distributors through June 2010, to distribute its Kosher certified 2 oz., zero calorie energy shot, Energize, throughout Canada.
Altra Foods is an importer of Kosher food products throughout Canada. Under the terms of the agreement, Energize and Udvari Kashruth, will be marketed and sold by Altra to Kosher food and beverage retailers throughout Quebec and Ontario, Canada.
Morris Hart, CEO of Altra, said, "Energize is the only Kosher certified 2 oz. energy shot available in North America. This makes Energize a perfect fit for our portfolio of products. Kosher certification is the most widely recognized standard of high quality assurance for consumers across all faiths. Full Motion Beverage owns, develops, markets and imports brands in the alcohol and non-alcohol sectors of the beverage industry. Performaxx Brands is FMBV's non-alcohol beverage subsidiary that produces and wholesales Energize and other non-alcohol brands for FMBV.
