Dunkin' Donuts opens Dayton market for franchise sales

Dunkin' Donuts, a coffee and bakery quick-service restaurant chain, has announced that Dayton, Ohio is now open for franchise sales with plans to open approximately 40 new restaurants over the next several years.

The company plans call for selling of franchises in Dayton as well as the surrounding counties of Mercer, Auglaize, Logan, Shelby, Champaign, Clark, Greene, Montgomery, Preble, Drake and Miami. According to the company, its Dayton launch is part of a national growth strategy, which includes expanding in existing markets while entering new cities throughout the US. The company is seeking new franchisees to own and operate a minimum of five new restaurants in Dayton and all throughout the US to help direct the company's future growth. Lynette McKee, vice president of franchising at Dunkin' Brands, said: To fulfill our national expansion goals, Dunkin' Donuts is looking for developers with a strong organization and the ability to manage multiple restaurants effectively and successfully in the Dayton market.
