Coffee-tech Engineering, Brioso Launch New Coffee Roasting Device

DBR Staff Writer Published 22 November 2009

Enables the programming of multiple additional, custom roasting profiles

Coffee-tech Engineering, a maker of commercial coffee roasting machines and equipment, has introduced new AvirNaki and Solar, an automated portable smoke filtering device.

The company claims that AvirNaki offers simple operation and integrates into any of Coffee-tech's advanced shop roasters. The Solar features a fully automated coffee roasting profiler. The factory preset configuration is inspired by the artisan method of roasting, traditionally used by roast masters, and was carefully programmed to achieve the best possible results, further claimed the company.

The company said that its software design enables the programming of multiple additional, custom roasting profiles, which makes the roasting process less time consuming.

Brioso, Coffee-tech Engineering’s US Trading Partner and a manufacturer of coffee roasting machines and equipment, is planning to exhibit the AvirNaki integrated unit at the upcoming Coffee Fest Show in New York. The AvirNaki and Solar integrated system will be available for a hands-on roasting sessions and evaluation.

Brioso’s equipment showroom & training center and warehouse, are located in the upscale Aventura, Florida area.
