Chateau Grand Traverse Winery launches new dispensing system
Michigan-based Chateau Grand Traverse Winery has launched Emerald Wine Systems developed new dispensing system for serving wine by the glass.
The wine dispensing system reduces wastage of wine by accidental over pours, decreases freight costs and eliminates the need of excess packaging, claims Emerald.
The pour sizes are programmed to be served by glass or bottle and eliminate the chances of over pours. The system also has an optional stand-alone system with casters for easy movement, built-in credit card/room key reader and an LCD screen that displays advertisements, videos and wine information.
Emerald's dispenser is designed for restaurants, winery tasting rooms, wine bars, casinos, cruise ships, hotel lobbies, convention centers and banquet facilities. It can be used by the staff or as self-service machine.
