DBR Staff Writer Published 02 February 2010

Bond Laboratories, a manufacturer of functional beverages and nutritional products, has added two more MillerCoors distributors in Tennessee for its Resurrection Anti-Hangover drink.

The two distributors are Mid-South Distributing, which services 14 counties and SEC Enterprises, which services 17 counties throughout southern and middle parts of Tennessee. The company said that this expansion brings its reach to over half the state.

Scott Slocum, president of Fusion Premium Beverages, said: “The addition of Mid-South and SEC Enterprises increases the total number of distributors for Resurrection to greater than forty (40) distributors located throughout the country which is in-line with the Company’s strategic growth plan.

“Our strategic expansion is the driving force of our early success and has enabled us to establish a sizable distribution footprint in just over four months from our initial product launch. We are very pleased to add Mid-South and SEC Enterprises to our national distribution network and look forward to working with them to bring incremental value to their respective organizations.”

Rick Gerwe, president of Mid-South Distributing, said: “We are very excited to be able to offer Resurrection Anti-Hangover drink. We believe Resurrection™ has tremendous growth potential and we are pleased to add it to our product line.”

Otis Phillips, Jr, president of SEC Enterprises, said: “Resurrection is a very complimentary product for us. We instantly recognized what the Fusion team had created when we first saw Rez. The emergence of a sizable new category that consumers will support doesn’t happen every day and we are pleased to be an early partner in the distribution channel for this exciting new brand.”
