Blue Gem Takes Over Title Beverage Distribution
To distribute Title Sports Drink in South Florida, South Georgia
Blue Gem Enterprise, a beverage distribution company, has signed a letter of intent to acquire Title Beverage Distribution, the exclusive distributor of Title sports drink.
In accordance with the terms and conditions of the acquisition, Title Beverage Distribution will merge into Blue Gem Enterprise which will be the surviving company following the merger. The deal goes operative with immediate effect.
The company said that Title Sports Drink is a new sports drink which claims to have more electrolytes than other sports drinks, and is all natural. Title sports drink is owned by The Electric Beverage Company.
Title Beverage Distribution operates out of Medley and Jacksonville, in Florida and is currently selling Title and distributing it in the Southern Florida area, servicing around 1500 independent stores in South Florida.
Blue Gem Enterprise is headquartered in South Florida and serves the area from Southern Georgia through the Florida keys, including major chains, independent stores, hospitals, gyms, hotels and other retailers.
